About our watches
All of our watches are 100% genuine with serial numbers. We buy our watches through authorized dealers and distributors within the watch industry and we work hard to buy them at the lowest possible cost. The result: you get brand-name merchandise at exceptional prices!
All watches are brand-new with original box and papers, unless otherwise noted. Selling a counterfeit watch as the genuine article is a violation of federal law. We do not sell refurbished watches or manufacture rejects. We will never sell a timepiece knowing that it may be defective.
Watch Sizing
If you have purchased a watch with a metal bracelet, there is a good chance you will have to have one or more links removed to fit your wrist properly. This can only be done with the wearer present.
We suggest you take your watch to a reputable local jeweler for sizing. Expect to pay a nominal fee (around $5-$10) for the service. Do not try to size your own watch! You may damage or scratch the watch and bracelet. Ohglamourous will not accept a scratched or damaged watch return.
Please note: after the links are removed, keep the extra ones! Occasionally, a watch bracelet may break and it is a lot easier (and cheaper) to have it repaired with your own links than it is to order and ship new ones.
Once a watch has been sized, it may not be exchanged or returned for refund.

- PayPal (Up to $10,000.00 per purchase. Shipping address must be a PayPal confirmed address.)
Please note: we cannot be responsible for additional costs such as customs, duties, VAT, etc. To see an estimate of the VAT you may pay, click here. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country and are constantly changing, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of this estimate, so please contact your local customs office for an estimate before ordering. Please note that we must declare the amount that you paid for your watch on the invoice included with the shipment. Sorry, we cannot declare the watch as a gift when shipping.
Is my payment secure?
We go to great lengths to ensure that your purchase at Ohglamourous is protected by state-of-the-art data encryption technology (SSL) to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of your user information. In addition, we use an Internet fraud protection screening system to protect your identity and your credit card transactions. Finally, we maintain an international fraud-prevention department to verify each credit card order and screen it for fraud.
Please be aware that you may be contacted by one of our verification representatives after your order is placed. To avoid needless delay to your order, please be available at the phone number or email address you have provided so that we are able to contact you if necessary.
When will you ship my order?
If you’ve shopped with us in the past, you know that we do our best to ship items on the same day, if received and verified before 3pm EST. Whenever possible, we also like to send an email with your shipping notice and tracking information the evening after your item is shipped. But please don’t be surprised if your item arrives before our email does—especially around the holidays and during special sales.
Do you ship internationally?
Ohglamourous ships to most international destinations via insured international priority FedEx or UPS. The price is only $59.95. If we are unable to ship to your destination with full insurance, we will contact you immediately prior to shipment.
Many countries charge a Value Added Tax (VAT) or a Goods and Services Tax (GST) on goods consumed or received in that country.
P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO orders
Orders to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs are shipped using the US Postal Service, often causing considerable delays.
Signature Requirement
For your security, all orders require an authorized signature upon delivery. Please be sure that an adult authorized to sign for your package is available at the ship-to address. Your item will arrive via UPS or FedEx, and is fully insured during transit. We are unable to have packages held for pick up. Please be sure to have your order shipped to an address where an adult is available to sign upon delivery.
Order Changes and Cancellations
How do I change or cancel my order?
Because we try to ship orders very quickly, there is a limited amount of time during which we can modify or cancel your order. If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please email us at accuratesolutionshk@gmail.com
and include your order number and change/cancellation request. If you would like to change your order, please specify which watch you would like to exchange it for.
We will respond to your email to let you know if we were able to modify or cancel your order of if it was already sent to shipping. Once you receive your order, you may contact us for a return authorization number to return your order per our return policy .
Warranty
Our warranty covers the watch movement and battery replacement for two years from the date of purchase and excludes watch case, bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damage caused by excessive wear-and-tear and/or physical abuse and damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations.
Please make sure to inspect your watch to see that it is in perfect working order before wearing or removing any tags or factory tape. All our watches are 100% brand new and should keep accurate time. Once a watch has had its tags removed or has been worn or sized we can only repair the watch if needed and send it back to you. However, we cannot accept it as a return for a refund.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty is valid only at Ohglamourous. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Ohglamourous will void this warranty. Ohglamourous disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of this watch, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Company overview
Ohglamourous offers brand name watches at substantial discounts to the manufacturer's suggested retail price. Because we are not dealers, we can avoid manufacturer's pricing controls and forward greater discounts to our customers. We realize that our prices are incredible. This is due to the fact that we buy our watches in large quantities, have a very low markup and, as an online seller, operate at a very low overhead cost.
Sales policy
After you place an order with The ohglamourous, we will check the information you give us for validity, including verifying your method of payment and shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order or are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The ohglamourous reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
